What is a CLNC?

• A Certified Legal Nurse Consultant is an experienced registered nurse with additional education and certification in medical-legal subjects.  Voluntary certification maintains quality.  Re-examination and continuing education is required every two years.

• CLNCs work independently for private attorneys, insurance companies, managed care, and government agencies.  Some choose to work in-house, as well.
